Job Description

Assistant NPD Bakery Technologist required to strengthen the Product Development Team of this artisan bakery company who manufacture for high-end retail clients. The ideal candidate will be college trained possessing appropriate bakery qualifications. As the Assistant Bakery Technologist you will be accountable for following briefs, developing new and improving existing product lines, working from brief through to launch. You'll need to be a methodical and organised worker who can produce accurate recipes, trial products, organise taste panels and support the Technical Teams to achieve GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes).

The Company is well established with an enviable reputation specialising in premium and speciality breads and morning goods.
