Job Description

Food Product Development Manager required for the Warwickshire area.

This is an ideal role suitable for a really strong Senior Development Technologist who is ready for more accountability, or an experienced Development Manager looking for a new challenge. You will be responsible for driving projects from brief through to launch, able to work closely with major retail clients and extensively with other functions on site ensuring the agreed critical path is effectively managed and communicated.

The role will focus on the project management of all NPD activity, ensuring that both the customer and the factories are in the loop and happy, able to problem solve and make recommendations - a self starter and proactive approach is essential. You will need to have first hand experience, a minimum three years of working within the development function, a good understanding of both concept and process of food manufacturing.
