Job Description

An NPD Chef is needed to strengthen the already established team of this respected chilled ready meal producer. You will be involved in recipe innovation working from client's briefs and also encouraged to take a proactive approach identifying gaps in the market. You will need to draw on your past Chef experiences - at minimum 5 years in respected kitchens - be able to cook with consistency, producing great tasting dishes, utilising your culinary technical ability whilst still meeting cost parameters and taking into consideration who exactly is target market. You will also be accountable for presentation paperwork and product costing therefore a degree of computer literacy is essential.
