Job Description

Are you a Head of Sous Chef looking for an alternative career opportunity, willing to consider a new challenge outside a conventional hotel or restaurant environment? Would you like the chance to work regular hours, balance your lifestyle (most weekends and evenings free!) still working daily in Chef whites developing dishes and exploring new food combinations and refined recipes? . Sound impossible for a Chef? We have an opportunity for talented Chefs who are able to demonstrate through career moves that they have built an extensive repertoire and are adaptable, able to deliver for a varying client base.

A role in food development is not for the faint hearted, it requires a real strength and determination, exceptional personal presentation and without question food skills and knowledge. You will need to be resilient, retaining a flexible approach, an open mind and not afraid to be challenged or face criticism. We are looking for Chefs who have worked at minimum in 2/3 Rosette kitchens.
