Job Description

An experienced New Product Development (NPD) Chef is required to take ownership of products working for kitchen to factory. Previous experience as an NPD Chef is vital for this role you will need a very good understanding of factory processes, able to train factory operatives, raise food standards and awareness - instilling 'a what good looks like mentality' - You will need to adopt a mentoring approach, raising food standards and awareness throughout the site. You will have daily input to taste panels working closely with QA and Technical Team guiding them to maintain product integrity. You will also be accountable for considering continuous process improvements to deliver efficiency whilst maintaining product taste and visual. You will become the product guardian all the way to post launch - a real challenge for an experienced Chef.
