Catering Training Officer

Job Description

Catering Training Officer required to join a team of four each with regional responsibilities.
Our client is a branded restaurant/bar estate who is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Chef who will be able to deliver training and support to a number of business units throughout Scotland, the North East and a small proportion of Lincolnshire. You will be accountable for setting standards, delivering ongoing training sessions that will engage, inspire, and educating Chefs as well as giving them the confidence to be proactive in their daily roles. You will act as a support identifying individuals and site needs creating a programme that sets the highest standards. As the Catering Training Officer you will need to be a self starter who others will gravitate to; be open and receptive to all levels of management and personnel. As a frequent visitor to the individual units you should be aware of potential business opportunities and issues, be able to feed these back to the central development team objectively with a clear rationale - able to influence decisions that will ultimately deliver increased sales. A proven track record in a training and mentoring role would be ideal.
