HR Manager

Job Description

Working for a major food manufacturing group, as HR Manager, reporting to the MD you will work with the company's senior management team to ensure that the development and implementation and delivery of the company's HR strategy supports the company's business objectives.

You will be responsible for proactively advising the senior management team on HR policies and practices that support the business's aspirations, reinforce the values embraced by the business and achieve employment law compliance.

You will have experience of managing employee relations' environment in a manner that supports a high level of employee engagement while addressing issues of unacceptable conduct or capability.

You will manage the HR Department activities across the site and a remote site.

The ideal candidate will be Graduate calibre, CIPD qualified preferable and have recent experience of food manufacturing. Experience of working across a multi site operation would be an advantage as would experience of working with trade unions and/or fast moving shift operations would be a distinct advantage.
