HR Manager

Job Description

This is a generalist H R Manager role in a food manufacturing business. The remit covers all aspects of the mix including recruitment, selection, succession planning, training and development, and all HR policy development. The role also encompasses middle and senior management development and will report into Board level. Ideally we are looking for an experience HR Manager who has worked in manufacturing, preferably but not necessarily food. You must be an influential manager who can affect business policy and be the champion of all people issues. This business is about to undergo significant growth so there will be a strong mix of strategic and operational activity.
