Job Description

This P&L accountable role will lead a highly innovative food manufacturing business. This is a true business leading position where your remit will encompass all the key functions and disciplines that will enable you to take full ownership of the operation, its products, processes and customers. This is a major international food group that sets high and demanding standards of its senior managers, but in return offers a sector leading career development opportunity. You must have a broad mix of commercial, manufacturing and supply chain experience, with particular emphasis on private label relationship development with the leading UK High Street retailers. This is a fast paced, NPD focused environment where product quality standards are exceptionally high, so every day KPIs are robust and truly demanding. You will lead a fairly large workforce through an executive team structure, and you will achieve your strategic plans through enabling and empowering them to deliver. You need to be an experienced, astute and energetic individual who is extremely comfortable leading from the front, working in close partnership with retail customers.
