NPD Manager

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an NPD Manager who is particularly strong on the overall organisation and project management of the NPD process. There is opportunity for creative input, however the main tasks of the role will be in the control and direction of the critical path management ensuring launches are delivered on time and to agreed specification. You will be expected to prioritise projects, maintaining an eye for detail across product, packaging and process needs ensuring brand standards are without question.

You will bring together internal colleagues and suppliers to ensure that products are launched on time and correctly. Experience of working within the chilled sector is not a prerequisite however would be advantageous. We are keen to hear from tenacious and driven NPD Managers or Senior NPD Technologists who are accustomed to developing innovative product portfolios for the major multiples and are ready to take on further responsibility.
