Factory Manager FMCG/Food Manufacturing

Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Manufacturing Manager or Operations Manager with chilled foods experience to have an immediate impact to the operation.

Reporting to the Operations Director your key responsibilities will involve providing leadership and direction to the Operational Teams, specifically Production, Logistics and Planning. You will develop and manage the day-to-day activities in the factory to meet daily and weekly KPIs whilst maintaining and increasing production efficiencies and site performance. You will also lead continuous improvement teams to drive forward changes in plant and process and maintain and develop a quality conscious and technically sound workplace culture.

Currently in a senior operations focussed role, you will have experience of fast moving (FMCG) production, with chilled foods experience advantageous, and you will be a strong man-manager with the tenacity, drive and hunger to lead and develop your operations team to over achieve set objectives.
