Interim Development Manager - 12 month contract

Your background must have included a corporate environment in either a branded or retail business. You will have refined your project management skills with strong presentation skills. A strategist who works on long term plans and sits close to the finite detail in the short term. Influencing is key to this position in daily interactions cross functionally and when presenting to larger groups. Previous projects managed could be on a Global or National basis but must involve partnership style agreements with third parties. Being an intelligent operator who can rapidly prioritise you will understand the dynamics of this organisation.

This development role is not about innovation; it's about working with the supply base, long term planning, managing major projects and being a sophisticated influencer. Your presentation skills will be well refined catering for 1-1 meetings and larger audiences.
