Interim Technical Manager

Job Description

Interim Technical Manager with a background in high-risk, chilled food manufacture urgently required for a 3 month Interim Project. This is a holding role ensuring that quality systems are adhered to and BRC audits are managed effectively. Reporting in to the Managing Director you will have QC and hygiene reporting in. As well as working in a high-risk chilled background in a technical capacity you will have worked with the major UK retailers and be familiar with the demands of working with a number of them simultaneously. We need a strong Technician who can step into this role who has had direct interface with the UK retailers and understands the demands of the relationship.
