Interim QA Manager Nights

Job Description

This is an immediate requirement for a Nights QA Manager who has a presence in the factory and can manage tactical activities ensuring the quality of all products and monitor hygiene standards within the factory. You will manage the nights QA team and work in conjunction with other members of the management team to consistently monitor and review general standards on the factory floor. As always in the food industry, this is a fast paced site so the ideal candidate will need to have strong communication and leadership skills, have a proven track record of managing teams and have the ability to drive new initiatives and support business development.
