Have you got a couple years Engineering Management experience in a small manufacturing business? Or perhaps you are currently with a big organisation and looking to step up and take on the mantle of Engineering Manager? If so, this blue chip business could provide you with the opportunity to develop your career provided you can demonstrate really good people management and motivational skills.

You will need to have played a key role in contributing to the Engineering Strategy for your current business this role is about the future - identifying where the business needs to be from an engineering perspective to meet its corporate goals and how you and your team are going to achieve that vision.

In addition to having multi-skilled engineering experience (emphasis on Mechanical/Electrical with good exposure to control systems) in a FMCG environment, you will need to have managed a team in excess of 12 Engineers in order to step up your man management responsibility. You will also need to have Project Management experience with capex c. £2m . This company is in state of the art food manufacturing facilities based in a beautiful rural location in Kent.
