Job Description
They are currently looking to recruit a dynamic and forward thinking Production Manager. The process is automated and therefore experience of this type of process would be beneficial.
The shift pattern is Mon-Fri and you would manage a Team of 5 junior managers. This Production Manager role will give the right candidate a chance to join a fast growing and well respected business that can offer good career progression opportunity.
To be considered you must have extensive experience in
food manufacturing, leading teams of c.50, and in particular must
Lean and Continuous Improvement acumen, through academic
qualification and operational delivery. You would be results
