Job Description

This Hygiene Manager position will be responsible for the recruitment and development of all hygiene staff to drive continuous improvement and will report into the Manufacturing Manager. KPIs will be used to ensure cleaning standards and monitor performance. This role will also be directly responsible for the hygiene department budget.

Therefore we require someone who is highly accountable and has strong man management skills. Your experience should be from a food manufacturing background (preferably chilled) and should show a strong record of both personal and career development. You should have knowledge of H&S, COSHH and HACCP, and experience of auditing, managing a budget and Microsoft programmes.
