HR Officer x 2 (Food Manufacturer)

Job Description

Working closely with the Senior HR Officer and HR Manager you will provide full and proactive HR services for this fast paced food processing business. You will have excellent communication skills with the confidence to coach and train line managers in all HR matters from writing job descriptions, training and driving retention initiatives to managing absence. You will have experience of working in a Human Resources department and be part/fully qualified within CIPD. You will be self motivated and able to act on your initiative whilst seeking guidance from the other Senior members of the team. Ideally you will have food manufacturing experience and be able to cope in a fast moving, high pressure environment.
