Night Shift Manager

Summary

My client manufacture own label food products for the major multiples and they are currently looking to recruit two Night Shift Managers.

Working to GMP standards and ensuring product quality and health and safety are not compromised, you will ensure the delivery of agreed KPIs, supporting and developing a team of operatives.

Job Description

This role is suited to a Shift Manager who has exposure to FMCG manufacturing, preferably food and knowledge of OEE and/or DWOR. You will be tenacious and driven and have the ability to lead and motivate a department of manufacturing operatives through an innovative approach and excellent communication skills. You will possess good numeric and problem solving skills and a 'can do' attitude.
