Our London based client is a fresh ready meals manufacturer, looking for an experienced New Product Development Manager to lead its creative and dedicated development team.  

As Development Manager you will be part of the company's Senior Team, working towards the overall leadership of the company. You will work closely with all functions of the business, consistently delivering focused, innovative products that meet your customers' needs.

You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy developing strong and sustainable relationships with your retail customers.  You will be an inspirational leader, able to motivate and lead the company's New Product Development Team.

A passion for food and culinary flair is essential for this role, as you will be driving forward the product innovation plan for the company.  A strong commercial awareness and project management skills will also be key to your success, and you will have a proven track record of delivering creative and financially successful products within timescale, that meet the targets of the business.
