Job Description

As Development Manager you will manage a competent and creative development team including experienced development chefs, driving the innovation and development agenda for the business. A passion for food and an excellent understanding of the chilled foods marketplace is essential for this intensely creative and demanding development manager position. Your role will also include being the main point of contact for the largest retail customer, so prior experience within a customer-facing role would be highly beneficial.
