Job Description

You will be part of the Customer Technical Team supporting the major retail accounts and ensuring the business delivers outstanding performance against all customers' product and process expectations. You will be accountable for all technical issues including complaints and managing the implementation of technical policies.

In depth knowledge of the latest technical and quality management systems is essential, as is the ability to contribute cross-functionally as you will work closely with internal colleagues. This is also a frontline role dealing with the leading and most demanding UK retailers. You will be a key player in driving technical performance across the business in this fast paced environment.

You will have a broad technical experience, and have a proven track record of developing strong and lasting relationships with the major retailers.  This is a great career developing opportunity within a leading UK food manufacturer.
