Factory Technical Manager - Food Manufacturing

Summary

Role working for a fast moving chilled manufacturer supplying an innovative product range to the major retailers.

As the Factory Technical Manager you will understand, implement and review quality systems associated with the production of food, to the agreed safety and quality standards (e.g. Microbiology).

Job Description

You will be factory facing, responsible for ensuring all KPI's are monitored and presented to allow identification of improvement plans. You will have experience of BRC Version 5 working to major retailer specifications.

Ideally you will be a food graduate or equivalent with experience of chilled food manufacturing. Ref MDW7440
