HR Officer - Food Manufacturing

Job Description

Our Client is a blue chip food manufacturer with multiple sites. This role is multi site based covering food manufacturing sites in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire hence the inclusion of a company car. Working closely with the HR Manager and the Site Management Teams as Human Resources Officer you will provide full and proactive HR services for this fast paced food processing business.

The view is that, as a team, you will strive to take the business forward as an integral support function. You will have excellent communication skills with the confidence to coach and train line managers in all HR matters from writing job descriptions, training and driving retention initiatives to managing absence and on occasion cover the payroll function. You will have experience of working in a Human Resources department and ideally be working towards or have attained your CIPD.
