Night Shift Manager

My client manufacture branded and own label food products for the major multiples and they are currently looking to recruit a Night Shift Manager.

Job Description

Working to GMP standards and ensuring product quality and health and safety are not compromised, you will ensure the delivery of agreed KPIs, supporting and developing a team of operatives. You will also have the opportunity to lead cost reduction projects so previous experience of project management would be advantageous.

This role is suited to a Shift Manager who has exposure to FMCG manufacturing, preferably food and knowledge of OEE and/or DWOR. You will be tenacious and driven and have the ability to lead and motivate a department of manufacturing operatives through an innovative approach and excellent communication skills. You will possess good numeric and problem solving skills and a 'can do' attitude.

This role is commutable from areas including Chesterfield, Nottingham, Derby, Newark and Grantham.
