Job Description

Based in North Lincolnshire you will be required to manage the engineering function delivering engineering performance within the budgetary constraints delivering engineering KPI's and targets whilst fully complying with all Health and Safety legislation. You will ensure the maintenance and repair of all company equipment and building assets and be focussed on continually improving existing processes.

The successful Engineering Manager will have working knowledge of preventative maintenance plans and demonstrable senior engineering management experience in a food manufacturing environment.

You will posses an Engineering qualification attained at higher education level and have previous experience of controlling and successfully managing a large budget reducing costs and improving service.
