Job Description
As HR Officer you will provide a comprehensive and generalist HR service to the food manufacturing site, covering induction, recruitment, absence management, grievance and conflict handling etc.
Excellent communication skills are a must for this role as you will be working along side Line Managers to identify training and development needs, and will also provide advice on matters of employment law, employee relations and resourcing etc.
Our client is looking for an individual with a sound understanding of all HR disciplines and you must be part or fully qualified in CIPD.
