Job Description

My client is part of a major food group who supply retailer branded foods to the major UK multiples. They are recognised as a business with a passion for producing quality bakery products.

As Technical Manager within this large and fast paced manufacturing food site, you will lead a team of Quality Assurance Managers to maintain and improve the technical systems to the highest standards ensuring all non-compliance issues are actioned appropriately. You will cover all aspects of Technical, Customer Service and Auditing responsibilities and drive best practice through your team. You will continue to ensure BRC Grade A status. Communication is key and the way you lead the team, adapt to change and build relationships with the retailers will set you apart.

To be considered for the opportunity, you must have experience of working at a senior level within a Quality Management / Technical Management role in the food industry. You will have exposure to managing high care / high-risk food environments preferably within ready meals, chilled desserts or bakery products.
