Process Technologist

Job Description

My client is a chilled food manufacturer that holds product innovation at the forefront of everything they produce.

As a result of growth, they now require a Process Technologist who has previous experience of working in the food sector assisting in the smooth delivery of innovative products for a major retailer client base.

Your role is to ensure customer approved products are delivered from development through to launch against a critical path, involving all parties and delivering total customer satisfaction. You will therefore work closely with creative NPD, Technical and Manufacturing colleagues to ensure that process innovation meets the overall needs of the business and customer expectation.

The business has invested heavily into their blue-sky development function and this role has a pivotal part to play in the future growth plans of the business. Applicants should therefore show energy and drive coupled with an enthusiasm for food. The ability to hit the ground running is vital so only people with experience within a development / NPD / process role need apply. Applicants should also have previous experience of systems such as HARA, FIND, Webtraq or ASPECT.
