These roles are for a food manufacturer and are factory floor based roles - one on day shifts, one covering nights ( 25% shift allowance).

Job Description

You will be responsible for leading a small team of charge hands to ensure that hygiene standards - and related systems - are consistent and in line with company and customer expectations.

Your remit will include responsibility for organising and auditing the routine daily cleaning and the planned deep cleaning of all production equipment and areas. You will need to have some supervisory/management experience, ideally food manufacturing exposure/Intermediate Food Hygiene and COSHH training, as well as really good communication and organisational skills.
