Job Description

This is an urgent requirement for an experienced interim manager who has a strong hygiene background. Significant exposure to the chilled food sector is essential for this role and an understanding of high-risk issues. You will be well versed in food hygiene and a strong, confident man manager. Proven achievements working closely with hygiene and operations ensuring adherence to hygiene systems. You will need a hands-on style and be able to train operators and hygiene staff in all relevant food hygiene areas.

An immediate start would be preferable for this position.
