Job Description

We are looking for two confident Product Development professionals to join an innovative NPD team to manage several high profile retail accounts. You will be a true foodie who has the confidence and gravitas to work with the development teams of major retail customers. With a background in chilled food manufacturing for the retail sector, you will have had direct customer interface and have strong contacts in this arena. Innovation and proven achievements in driving new concepts through to launch are key, as are your professionalism, confidence and first class communication skills. There is potential for some flexibility around days on site and at the retailer's Head Office for these positions, this can be discussed in detail at application stage. The key to these roles is understanding the demands of the retailer and how to manage conflicting priorities bringing the essential product development knowledge and creative / commercial skills to the table.
