This role is an excellent opportunity for a Packaging Candidate who enjoys innovation, project management and working closely with suppliers and customers. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate innovative packaging solutions and where they have pushed the boundaries of current thinking.  The role is based either in Lincolnshire or London with travel to the other Location.  The role covers packaging development across two sites.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and large Food Manufacturer

The Client is a Leading Food Manufacturer with a range of Market leading Own label products.  They look to develop individuals and can offer varying career paths dependent on skill set. This is a successful company that is continuously looking to improve and develop it product portfolio.

The role would work closely with Senior Managers across the two sites it would also interface with Suppliers and Retailers.  The role gives you complete responsibility for driving and developing packaging for new and existing products. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills are required to champion this area and work with suppliers, customers and internal functions.  This role is about delivering competitive advantage and linking into the business strategy.  You will need excellent project management skills and also flexibility as this role works across two sites in London and Lincolnshire.
