This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with good production management skills gained within an automated food or drink company.

The company is market leading and looking to grow further in the UK, manufacturing both branded and own label products. It continually strives to improve and develop its processes. It has an excellent reputation for developing people and being able to offer clear progression routes.

The role oversees five shift managers and is accountable for delivering a range of KPI's covering customer service, production efficiency, health and safety etc.

The role reports to an Operation Director and is a senior role on site.

To apply you need:

• Proven production management experience in an automated food or drink manufacturer ideally liquid fill
• Food or Drink manufacturing experience essential Demonstrate a collaborative management style
• Experience of delivering KPI's in a demanding manufacturing environment
• Knowledge and practical application of Continuous Improvement This is an excellent opportunity for an established
