A recent restructure has presented an opportunity for a pro-active and factory focused Technical Manager to join a multi-sited business that has a wide ranging product offering.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Technical Manager to take the next step into a Senior Management position for this developing food supplier.
Job Description
Both
sites, situated 20
minutes away from each other in Staffordshire, offer the opportunity for someone to
come in and operate with freedom and
autonomy.
Managing the
small quality team and leading from the front with regard to
quality for the rest of the factory, you will act as the key
liaison with customers and all other parties involved
in the quality and
safety of the
products.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in
a quality/technical
role with working knowledge of BRC audits, ideally from a chilled food
background.
The ideal candidate might be a site based QA or Technical Manager from a chilled or dairy business looking to take the next step in terms of seniority within a smaller, yet successful business.
