Three month NPD Chef Assignment to start asap.

Interim NPD Chef needed for a three month period for a division of a major food group based in Northern Ireland.

Job Description

To be considered for this assignment you will need to have previous experience of working in a food manufacturing environment and have a proven track record of developing products for major retail clients; ideally value added meat.

You will need to have a flair for product innovation and be able calculate costs and be able to work with process teams on effective transfer to the factory. You will be tasked to deliver internal and customer presentations therefore essential that you have great interpersonal skills.
