Job Description

Our client produces ambient food products for a range of customers within a growing market area. As Technical Manager you will report directly to the Technical Director and be responsible for managing a team of up to four people.

You will be the first point of contact for all technical queries, ensuring these are always resolved in a timely and accurate manner.

You will act in a supportive role during customer visits but would be actively involved in all customer audits on site.

As Technical Manager you will have a high degree of autonomy, working cross-functionally both internally and with customers.

Working closely with the operations team you will drive the technical agenda, sharing information and best practices and inspiring passion amongst your team.
