We have a challenging and exciting opportunity for a QA Supervisor with a difference.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven QA Supervisor that wants to forge a career within a major player in food manufacturing. Our client, based in Hampshire, is part of an International Food Manufacturing group that is known as a market leader within the food industry.

Your role will be to lead and motivate the QA team to ensure the achievement of quality to the agreed standards. In addition to this you will take the lead in generating and maintaining a quality culture on site. This is a factory-based; hands on role that will see you participate and direct the QA team to observe and audit production processes and GMP ensuring products are made to specification.

For this role you must have experience in managing a quality / technical team, have a sound understanding of HACCP and have knowledge of carrying out internal audits. This role requires a strong communicator that has self-motivation with the ability to work on own initiative.
