We are recruiting for a Hygiene Team Leader who is looking for a new and challenging role within the food industry.

Our client is seeking a proven Hygiene Team Leader who will assist the Hygiene Manager by supervising the night shift Hygiene team. This will require strong management ability to lead and motivate a team and have the knowledge and insight to ensure all team members are trained competently for all working areas.

You will be tasked with monitoring the level of hygiene to ensure all KPIs are met using visual inspections and environmental and listeria swabbing. You will also monitor the Chemical COSHH protocols in place to adherence and ensure that required chemical and equipment are available to the factory, reporting any issues immediately to the Hygiene Manager.

To be successful in your application we are looking for a candidate to have a sound knowledge of chemical handling and an understanding of machinery and efficient cleaning techniques.
