West Midlands based chilled foods manufacturer require a New Product Development Manager to head up their innovative NPD Team.

Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Innovation and managing the Development team you will be responsible for ensuring that NPD projects are delivered in a professional and timely manner. You will work with a broad cross-section of colleagues to investigate new market entry opportunities that offer competitive advantage and commercial benefit.    You will  manage each project from concept through to post launch reviewing attending and leading customer presentations.

The successful candidate will have Degree or HND in a food related, applied science or engineering subject and the proven ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines prioritising work loads. You will have experience in leading and driving NPD teams within a chilled foods, preferably recipe dish environment and be a creative and logical Development Manager with excellent communication, presentation and customer interfacing skills.
