They serve customers operating across a region of wide ranging geographic, economic and cultural diversity developing, manufacturing and delivering technology-based ingredients, flavours and integrated solutions for the food and beverage industry.

Its unique, integrated approach to customer-specific innovation and product solutions is driven by a wide portfolio of technologies, market application, culinary and sensory expertise. For two important market application areas in the EMEA region, the Dairy segment and the Ice Cream segment, they are currently searching for two customer driven Senior Application Specialists.

You will be responsible for technical support to the EMEA sales organisation and managing customer projects in the field of texture and flavour ingredients.  This entails understanding the technical needs of the customers and being capable of translating this into the right ingredient offerings, focusing on ingredients mixes.  You will also be supporting the sales team at customer presentations, implementing and auditing technical product solutions.  

For the Dairy segment: building relevant expertise for various dairy applications, especially in recombined dairy products, dairy analogues and desserts is required. For the Ice Cream segment, this would be in the application of various ice cream options eg take home ice cream and ice cream desserts.

You will be expected to visit international seminars and exhibitions and maintain external relations with dairy and/or ice cream experts from universities and R&D institutes, so flexibility to travel is required.

Fluency in English is required and preferably a good command of another language.
