Shift Manager

Summary

People managers experienced in manufacturing are sought to run a busy back shift (2-10pm) for this highly successful chilled food manufacturer.

As Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to ensure they meet their daily KPI targets so that manufacturing orders are ready on time and to specification.

Job Description

You will need to have experience of managing people in a manufacturing environment, producing consumer good ideally, and be fully compliant with all H&S regulations and basic HR principles.

The ability to interpret and clearly communicate data is important, as is an eye for identifying opportunities to help your team improve performance.
