Perhaps you are currently a Line Leader and are ready to take on more management responsibility as a Shift Manager.

If so, this role will give you accountability and support for developing your team to ensure they deliver KPIs including quality and waste reduction.

You will need to be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and be able to deal with figures to manage the relevant factory reporting procedures.

Food manufacturing experience is sought.
