This company is a major player in the production of dairy products and is looking to recruit a Production Manager (ideally with experience of cheese or dairy processing) to its plant in Cairo, Egypt.

Reporting to a local Director, you will have key responsibility for a large team of c 500-600 people producing a variety of cheese products in various formats.  With considerable growth planned, you will be heavily involved in product launches and will need to balance this with optimising efficiencies and ensuring cost effective productivity through lean manufacturing processes.  Quality and business planning are key elements of this role.

Strong management skills and a track record of setting high levels of professionalism supported by training initiatives and a coaching approach to people development is sought.

This is an English speaking role.
