Job Description

The Role… Reporting to the UK Managing Director and with a 'dotted-line' to the European Technical Team your role will entail managing the day-to-day Technical function of the extremely busy UK Sales office.

You will be the primary interface with all UK based customers and will all technical issues or queries and will assist the Commercial teams in maintaining and growing strong customer relationships.

Your role will also include the opportunity to travel to a number of European manufacturing locations to audit, attend NPD trials and manage client visits.

The Candidate… Ideally with a degree in a food related subject you will have a full understanding of UK food legislation along with BRC, HACCP, NPD processes and appropriate external bodies. A good working knowledge of at least one web-based retailer specification system along with packaging and artwork & labelling would be beneficial.
