You will know how to get 'under the skin' of the category to understand customer's needs.  Presenting your ideas and plans, backed up with evidence to the major retailers to influence and drive new ideas is critical.

As NPD Manager you will manage the critical path in certain categories and ensure the relevant resource is in place. You will be responsible for monitoring and benchmarking product quality for existing and new products.  A strong influencer you will work closely with the Executive Team ensuring Action Plans are agreed to.
