Our client is a well established food manufacturer supplying premium range branded and own label product to the UK retail sector.  Market leading in their category they strive for maximum quality and are recognised for this across the industry.

They currently have a gap in their technical function which requires an interim on a 3 day week basis to assist them with a launch programme and upcoming BRC audit.  As a technical expert you will ensure their technical integrity and compliance.  Experience of audits is also critical to this role.  This role is about building further on the strong technical platform already in place.  You will be an experienced technician and be a confident communicator who has held the front facing role with the retailer.  Due to the urgency of this role, availability to start in February is essential.
