We are currently working with a leading supplier to the bakery and confectionary industry.  Ideally they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, their primary focus is to find a financially astute commercial manager who has a proven track record of managing a team and selling to the food service and wholesale bakery sectors.

As interim Sales manager your key objectives will be to effectively manage a small team as well as managing some major accounts, identifying their requirements and developing the appropriate plans to meet them. You will therefore be a strategically aware solutions focused team player, who can both successfully manage a team and deliver bottom line results that enhance business performance.

As well as enjoying the daily challenge of motivating a committed team you will enjoy employing your persuasive and diplomatic skills to influence key decision makers. With your extensive knowledge of the UK bakery and wholesale markets this opening provides an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your management skills as well as your ability to maximise sales and extend product lines within your account base.
