Fast Track Recruitment Consultants Do you have 6-12 months experience in recruitment already?

Or have you worked in the food industry for some time and want a completely new challenge and opportunity?

Extensive training will be given in house to enable you to progress to the next stage of your career through a move into recruitment. As part of the Focus Management team, you can expect everything that a leading, forward thinking company would give its employees - excellent training, one-to-one mentoring, good basic salary, attractive bonus scheme and a proven track record of career progression. Our expectation is you will become a fully fledged Consultant within 12 months but this time scale is in majority down to your ability and personal drive. Ideally we are looking for people at all levels with commercial flair matched with the right attitude and project management ability. You will also need to demonstrate you can be a strong team player. It would be beneficial, but not essential, for you to

have experience in one of the following:

• Food Industry experience in Commercial, NPD, Human Resources or Technical functions
• Commission focused roles
