Continuous Improvement Team Manager

Job Description

Your role as Continuous Improvement Team Manager is to become the manufacturing expert within your area of the operational site. You will be responsible for delivering operational improvements and efficiencies. You will report to the Operations Manager, developing and establishing continuous improvement processes through accurate data measurements across the factory so that worldclass levels of equipment effectiveness can be achieved. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree or equivalent level with experience in a food manufacturing environment. A full understanding and previous use of manufacturing KPI's in delivering operational improvements is essential, e.g. OEE, NME, productivity, value chain analysis, line balancing etc. You will also possess exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
